- EHEmily Hall6 days ago1.0Been coming here for months without any issues. Today, I had to make three different trips just to drop off 2 things. The first time, the lady was on the phone and said it would be about 10 minutes because she was busy. There was no other help so I said that’s fine, I’ll come back later. 2nd time, I get told they can’t help me because they don’t offer tape now. Only reason my bags were left open was because I thought they needed to inspect the packages before mailing them off. He wanted me to buy tape or new bags. I left and used my own tape at home. 3rd time, I was able to drop off my two items. The new tape rule is ridiculous. Tape should be provided from a postal, mailing, shipping service!!

- TFTony FordDec 16, 20201.0This office is terrible! Just like everyone else has said they are so slow! I have been waiting on a package for two weeks that still shows its in Butner! I went to my local post office and they said it hasn't even been scanned until their system. I tried calling to try and talk to someone, 13 calls later I still get the same automated message and ringing until a busy signal. No one ever picked up. And it's not like I called at lunch time when they could've been busy. No. I started calling at 230. This is unacceptable for any business to act like this!
