  This branch has been very disappointing. I was expecting a package from Australia that was sent as a gift. A notice was left in my mailbox stating that the package was undeliverable because no one was available to receive it, even though we were home the entire time. I completed the redelivery form and specifically requested that the package be left at my front door. The next day, I waited for the package, but it never arrived. Instead, the same notice was left again stating that no one was available. I called customer service around 7 PM that same day to report the issue. The following day, someone from the post office called and said the driver attempted delivery twice. However, I reviewed our apartment door CCTV footage for both dates and times listed, and no one came to our door or attempted to deliver the package. The person from the post office sounded like that it was my fault that no one is receiving the package. She also insists that I will pick up the package in the post office. I told her that we have CCTV on our front door and I have evidence. I also told her that we were just at home both instances. She rectify by saying that the driver will try to redeliver the package again. This is now the third time this has happened. This is very inconvenient and unacceptable. By reading the comments, this is not just happening to me but with a lot of people. Please investigate this matter and ensure that packages are properly delivered as requested.

  Mail carrier will not put my live cricket package by my door. This time she left them in the middle of my ramp knowing that I am in a wheelchair. On top of that it was raining and they are in a cardboard box so if I was not home they would have all died. The crickets are not cheap!!!!!! Worse postal service worker I have ever seen!!! I have called the Post Master and that did nothing, they are all friends I believe, so no accountability, this is not the first time.

  This post office supposedly delivered the tracked package I sent to a friend in the area but my friend never received the package. The package contained expensive/hard to find collectibles and I've had to eat the cost of replacing some of those items. A handful of other packages and letters addressed to this friend have also gone missing through this post office in the last few months. My friend has inquired with employees here but the employees have made no effort to fix the issue of missing mail. The amount of missing mail from this post office is completely unacceptable. I don't know if the employees are refusing to do their jobs or if they're stealing people's mail but if this issue is not resolved soon, I will be lodging formal complaints with the district consumer office, USPS Office of the Consumer Advocate, and USPS Office of Inspector General (theft - USPS/USPS employee) until the missing mail issue is resolved.
