  I received a text message from a staff member by the name of Heather asking if I was still interested in a position with an apartment community for assistant leasing position. I wrote back and stated that I was still interested and she said that she would have them send an email over for my background check. I followed back up with her today after messaging last Friday stating that I had not received the email and in text message, she said that she would reach out to them and see why I haven’t received it yet. This led me to believe that I was still being offered the position, especially since she stated that they would like to do the background check. During this time, I turned down multiple offers from other employers stating that I had received communication from a staffing agency, and that they want to move forward and. I also spoke with Lauren who called me back and acted as if she could’ve cared less of my opinion. In my opinion, this is so inconsiderate of other people’s time and effort efforts. I have everything recorded on my end as well as text messages. If anyone from Management would like to follow up with me. I am no longer interested in working for this company, but I do hope that maybe internally there can be some changes to how the staff treats people who were looking for work.

  My experience with” Reserves Network “ was and still is great! Ms. Valeria was very well mannered, good with communication and gave me an opportunity that I’m truly thankful for! You guys are great , very nice company to work through and for thank you!
