Informed delivery said my package was delivered at my mailbox. There was nothing there when I checked. This is the 3rd time in 6 months this has happened. All 3 packages were from the same business. I feel as if the carrier is deliberately targeting my packages from this sender because they are aware of the dollar value. On another note they have delivered other people's mail to my address more than a dozen time. My address cannot be confused with anyone else's in my neighborhood.

This mail person drives a white jeep Wrangler and refuses to drop packages at my step! All bc it's a bumpy dirt road. Ok cool but don't lie and say there was no secure location available and leave a note in my mailbox. I have cameras. You never even try. That's called lying and being absolutely lazy. It's ridiculous I order something to my house that's where it should go. If I pay shipping and handling then why do I have to go out my way to go to your job to get my things?

Worst Delivery Experience ever. Worst return rate of care ever. I had a package delivered to Burgaw, North Carolina according to everybody it says it was scanned at the house, but when we checked the ring camera, nothing was ever scanned at the house. The person didn’t even show up at the house on that day. The ring camera picks up everybody so it was during, Christmas time so I guess merry Christmas to the mail carrier-whoever scanned the package and said it was there because it never showed up. Even today there is still no feed back from the post office after the first complaint I got a, we see where it was scanned and delivered into the mailbox and that’s all I got…. but this has taught me a valuable lesson don’t trust the US Postal Service to deliver packages to a rural area. Have it delivered to somebody’s house or use UPS or FedEx

I waited the whole day for a package I had been expecting. I went to the mailbox at 515 and waited for the mail currier. when I check to see if there were any updates it said they had tried to deliver my package at 528 even though I waited until 550 and saw no cars drive past let alone stop. This is pure laziness. They didn't even leave note.
