- ACAlma CookSep 9, 20241.0I'm so sick of my packages not being delivered! I've spoken to the post master on multiple occasions. Again today my package was not delivered and its car parts so I can get my car running again. Then you can call 20+ times and the phone is always busy and can rarely get threw. Then when you do the people are usually rude. It says this time my mailbox is full which is not true at all. I've given permission for them to leave the packages under the mailbox or there is a long board that has my mailbox and 5 others on it that they can and have placed it on multiple times before. It's beyond frustrating

I live on deep creek and since our regular carrier has been out (about 3 weeks now) my packages have had issues getting to my house. I live 20-30 feet from my mailbox. They always come back as delivered to po box that doesn't exist. I've never had a po box. The carrier is just lazy and frankly I'm just so annoyed with her.

I just moved here from Charleston, SC and the place that I'm renting does not have a mail box up yet. This office constantly hounds me about putting one up. The workers did not call me or send me an email when they received my packages so I had to rush to get them so that they wouldn't be sent back. I'm very displeased and would rather drive the extra miles to the Whittier post office any day then have to deal with the unsatifactory customer service that I received at this location.
