- CJChristy JoyceJul 10, 20195.0Recently had an issue with a prescription being placed in the wrong box at a local apartment complex but Jack, at the post office, was super friendly and helpful, as he called the carrier to investigate. They corrected the misplacement and Jack promptly called me back to let me know it had been resolved. Really appreciate someone going out of their way to help.

Never once has their phone line been available and rescheduling a shipment is a complete joke as they cannot get it right. They lied about not be able to deliver to a "closed location" which is a business that still exist! They need to just shut the whole Boone office down or start over.
