  I forgot the woman’s name but she was short with glasses and then gunner, excellent customer service. Give these two a raise.

  Stopped in there in a hurry and the only person to help me was the black and blonde headed woman with glasses. She was very kind, friendly, and professional. She is very knowledgeable about the products and services as a whole and made the whole experience quick, fast, and enjoyable. She’s always in good spirits, goes above and beyond, and has a great attitude. SHE GETS THE 5 Stars…. However, the rest of yall especially the ones who jabberjaw in the back while there is a line from here to Sacramento get a solid 1 ⭐️. Failure from management especially new management has tanked this store. From the constant flirtatious actions to the completely unprofessional approach to customers up to and including the use of profanity in a work place. Furthermore, management refuses to keep a clean store, mail things in a timely manner, or completely loses expensive shipments. It seems that the rest of the staff only care about what happens after work than what’s going on at work.

  The staff simply stares at you as if they don’t want to be bothered. They don’t offer any smiles or show any friendliness they just seem annoyed. 🤦‍♂️

  The employees have always been very friendly and helpful and we have been customers of them for several years.

  I know this is a strange thing to say, but we stopped taking our packages here because on numerous occasions, you’re hit with the overpowering smell of Poor bathroom ventilation. It was so bad one time that I held my breath until I was out of the store. The owner really needs to do something about this.
