- DBDebi BlankenshipMay 23, 20261.0For years I have had my mail delivered to the wrong mailbox. I have made friends with my neighbor to exchange mail because of the incompetence of this post office. I have been here 4 days and they have already misdelivered my mail twice!!!! Can they not read the address? Now my delivery of my charger for computer will be delayed until next week because my neighbor won't be here for 4 weeks...so back to the post office to have carrier CORRECT their error AGAIN!!!

Mike (or Michael) working the front desk provided exceptional customer service and greeted me immediately upon entering through the door. He was knowledgeable in the variety of services provided through USPS and even helped me to save a few dollars on shipping costs. Thank you, Mike for putting a smile on my face and for conversing with me. You are awesome!
- NNncwildJul 19, 20251.0Tracking indicated delivery for 7/19/25. Someone at this facility lied, stating “customer requested pickup at facility”. They were too lazy to deliver, since they close at 11:30 on Saturday. Poor and incompetent service.

On multiple occasions they have "failed to deliver" packages to our home and when I drive up to the PO to receive it there's always an excuse. Just because the driver is too lazy to deliver it directly to our door. We have a community mailbox that they have left items at multiple times, which would've even been better than just saying it's undeliverable. so again, I will be driving up to the PO to deal with their employees giving me some BS excuse as to why my packages will not be delivered......
