  Remember the soup Nazi from Seinfeld? Well they are the tape Nazis here. Going to charge me $3 for two feet of tape. When I can literally see the tape gun sitting on the counter. You gotta be kidding me. A quarter? Sure. Fifty cents? Ok. THREE DOLLARS? You all done lost your ever loving mind. Yall be sure to reply and let me know the formula to mark up two feet of tape to three dollars.

  Super nice polite staff and very clean and organized. Its great to have in town without having to drive into TN. I came in for a return and the staff was easy to work with and very polite during interaction. Will definitely be coming in for all our shipping needs!

  I was very impressed with the new UPS Store in Banner Elk. I come often for pack & ship and the print services they offer. I had a big print job that needed to be completed, and they were extremely friendly and helpful. They gave me a great product at a great price. I will definitely be returning.

  I came her to do an Amazon return, and the process went so smoothly! The employees were very helpful and kind. I’m very grateful to have a place that does Amazon returns in Banner Elk now so I don’t have to drive all the way to Boone. Thanks Banner Elk UPS team!
