- OLOktober Lee1 day ago5.0Most of these negative reviews are about lack of agency (not making sure you get a receipt) or the courier having issues. (Package not delivered) That is not this particular business' responsibility. The customer service here was wonderful and Rebecca and Daisy. I don't see any issues and this is my favorite spot by far. Thanks! I will be returning weekly.
- AAAustin2 days ago1.0I shipped three boxes here, but I only received one; the other two have gone missing. Unfortunately, I lost the tracking slip. I went there in person to ask for the tracking number so I could locate my boxes, but the staff refused to help. I really need those two boxes—one of them contains a gift my mother gave me before she passed away—so I am very upset with the staff here.🥹🥹🥹 This is the worst post office I have ever encountered. 😡😡😡😡
- MMMatthew McHaleAug 15, 20261.0Watched my package be sent from the Asheville area where it was supposed to be delivered almost a week ago, to SC, GA, back to Charlotte NC, back SC and then finally back to Asheville before being marked as delivered but never arriving. Post office representative informed me that despite having no proof of delivery, the carrier had marked it delivered so it must have been and was probably stolen. Except for thesecurity camera I have showing no one coming anywhere near my mailbox which is located in the back of a secluded residential neighborhood with little to no foot traffic. I knew I wasn't getting this package after watching it be sent from state to state while receiving delay notifications daily. Zero surprises, these people are beyond imcompetent.
