    Another update: Zero stars. That's how many stars this post office deserves. You guys are very close to losing this customer to fedex and yes I would pay more just so I can have peace of mind that my packages will be soon in transit! I spend hundreds of dollars a month shipping with you usps! Do better! This is an ongoing thing usps. Now I take 5 packages, stand in line and asked for a receipt. Only three were scanned!! So two packages say pre-transit! It was a new lady passive aggressive lady with long brown curly hair. Clerk number 99 at the Patten location. I Didn't notice till I got home! I get the feeling she didn't like scanning the packages so maybe she decided to skip two of them. Not sure how you can not notice that there are 5 packages and only three on the reciept. I swear if these packages get lost I will raise hell!! I have a business and customers are expecting their packages! I can't wait 48 hours for it to update because some half-assed person was too lazy to scan it!! So thanks alot for nothing! I took a few packages in already labeled and handed them to the postal worker. There was a line so I said I didn't need a reciept. I went out the door and looked back and no he didn't scan them because he was helping the next customer in line. Why did I just wait in line? They didn't scan them so they appeared pre-transit for 48 hours. What is the point of bringing them and handing them to the postal worker if you aren't going to scan them right away?! They didn't get scanned till 5am two days later when they were at the next facility. I have customers waiting for their packages for my business and they are looking at that wondering where is my package. Update: A week later I took more labeled packages in on a Saturday morning and they were scanned and then still said pre-transit on Monday until till finally updated on Tuesday as in-transit. They were accepted 2 days later than when I brought them in. My customers will wonder so I contacted then to get them know. I'm not sure what is going on with usps but you guys need to update your system. You raised your prices and your service hasn't changed. I may ship with another carrier if this keeps happening.

    The worst post office their is they just denied my wife our packages without i.d. , but you know who we are . So why would we need that? They say attempted delivery I sit in my window and watch them make no attempt multiple times so how hard is it to deliver our mail? Must be pretty demanding since they find any reason to hold back your packages, people work they don't have time to waste dealing with ignorant postal workers.

    Had many packages lost because our postal lady tossed them in someone else’s yard even though they fit perfectly in the mailbox. Our son’s Christmas toys were refused delivery because of “unsafe mailbox” even though it’s a toy we’ve ordered before and delivered with NO issue and our mailbox is in perfect condition. This branch needs some serious attention as we have never had this issue anywhere else.
