- SBSusan BrombacherAug 19, 20265.0I don't usually bother with reviews for government agencies because they're usually terrible with rudeness as a norm, but I had such a good experience at the Merrimon Avenue (Grace) branch today with a woman named Emily. She answered all my questions, and went above and beyond with even more information than I asked for, all with a friendly smile and great attitude. I felt valued as a customer, and that's so unusual today, especially in government agencies. Emily deserves a raise!

- EHelliot “jasper” HMay 22, 20261.0whenever i get an email that i have something to pick up in my box, it’s ALWAYS a digital advertisement from USPS itself. i am never ever notified when ACTUAL MAIL is in my box, i just have to guess. they refuse to print out a packing slip for you. i had to leave USPS, get a lyft to FedEx, print it, then get another lyft back to USPS to mail the damn package. it seems like the staff toss a coin on whether or not they’ll treat you with respect. half of these reviews are lovely, half of these reviews are scathing. also, being forced to have a mailable home address in order to buy a PO box is ridiculous. i can’t get mail at my apartment, why the hell do you think i’m getting a PO box?

For two months straight in a row they have messed up delivery on every single package to our business. And have been no help in getting anything fixed. If I could leave a 0 star rating I would.
