Bob, who works in the passport office, is incredibly nice, patient, and thorough. Despite 3 kids, 12 hours post-Halloween candy crack-out session, we were done in less than 35 minutes. This happened, despite me having to run out to the Register of Deeds to get another copy of my 4 year old's birth certificate. Thanks, Bob! 5/5 stars for the passport office - service, speed, and friendliness!
