Her patience and knowledge helped me complete the process, it wouldn’t have worked with her. I’m truly grateful, it took us an entire hour and she was really great the whole way through! 5 star!
- RGRobert GriffinSep 28, 20264.0The staff is always helpful and friendly, but it seems like a bizarre choice to make the door a pull-to-enter for a business where people regularly, frequently, carry in boxes and packages, sometimes large and/or heavy. There is no reason for it not to be a push-door from both sides.

Today I came in 5 minutes before they closed, forgot my wallet at home and ANNA came through for the win .. Solid folks 👌 *EDIT* Yes .. hahaha wallet left at home 🏡 didn't want to throw anybody under the bus 😅 🙃

Victoria and I set about unpacking, a process that was punctured by numerous “Oohs“ and “Aahs” as we peeled through layer after layer of bubble wrap and paper padding. Thank you for being so attentive to the task of protecting the instrument from damage. We have been uniformly impressed by the courteous, helpful, competent service that we’ve received from UPS stores, both here in Atlantic Beach and elsewhere.
