- WBWill BensonApr 24, 20261.0Lost my package, which I shipped with no ID. Came back three weeks later, to re ship the package and pay for it again, overnighted, and now they require an ID to ship any and all packages. I will never use UPS again, that is extremely invasive and they suck anyways.

I love the way corporations deal with this stuff -- corporate happy talk. They never offer to actually address the problem or apologize. They issue meaningless statements about caring deeply and about they are concerned about their reputation. It's like a pickpocket who tells you that they are concerned about their reputation after they take your wallet. All meaningless, empty statements about nothing. Integrity is displayed through action, not empty words.
