  To say this is the best UPS Store is an understatement. This business has the such great customer service and consistent quality that it exceeds that of every other business I've ever been a customer of. Staff have been there a long time and will know you by name if you have a mailbox. They are positive, capable, know their systems and embody genuine hospitality, which is sounds ridiculous at a place that handles packages and mail, but it is true. You may get better hospitality here than many restaurants around town. This is the third UPS store I've used, for both personal and business usage, and it really is miles above the rest.

  This UPS store is busy but the staff helpful and well serviced. Cada the associate, was helpful, accommodating and quick . Can’t beat that.

  The UPS store on Merrimon is a pleasure to do business with, the wait is never long and the staff is always helpful.

  UPS is the WORST shipper. I was notified my MEDICINE would be delivered on Wednesday. The driver wasn't able to enter our secure building (though the previous driver was able to enter our building to deliver my MEDICINE) and he left without calling me. I was notified my MEDICINE would be delivered today. Same thing, even after I enrolled in "text me if there's any problems with the delivery." No text, no phone call that he was at the entrance. UPS is playing Driver Roulette with my MEDICINE! I've waited four hours for two days to get my MEDICINE and UPS owes me eight hours of my life back!! Don't use them!

  Not all stores are created equal. I’ve been to several UPS stores and by far store 0264 Is the most helpful, and professional one I’ve been to. All the stores are busy, but when you enter this store, they are patient and take time with you and help you with whatever your needs are. I’ve been there several times with different projects and each time everything was handled perfectly . That sometimes is a tall order! Their manager, Tim Pence seems to set the tone handling things with patience, professionalism, and a smile. I worked with one of their staff on my last project, Zack M, and he couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. For me, what makes my experience one that I want to repeat is the quality of customer service. These guys know what they’re doing, know how to treat their customers … and get the job done.
