  Associate was so helpful. helped me send files that would not send through the regular email. She helped me send the files through to the website and then she helped me along each step of the process and printed them quickly. Easy good process with a very helpful person. Thank you so much.

  Went in to make a few copies, one machine broken and neither of the other 2 would detect my thumb drive, though it has always worked everywhere else. I think it's because, like their merchandise, the machines are extremely dated and largely irrelevant. In any case, staff was spectacularly unhelpful, and manager said they would do the prints from behind the counter for a rush job fee! What? Sounds like they may be purposely operating a scam for more $. Anyway, AVOID this crappy place, FedEx office is not that far away.

  Better than anticipated. I bought more than I had anticipated, still didn't overspend. Cashier was very present & helpful.

  Here today for TSA Precheck. Had an appointment. Staples put me behind a walk-in and did not honor my appointment. Additionally, they charged me for the Precheck (meant to be free with Clear+ bundle), which created additional work for me to not be over billed (Clear fixed it ofc).

  The same day I visited this store, I lost a ring. I called and asked if it had been turned in, but it wasn't. Stephen was exceptionally helpful and kind when I called, and sent out a message to the staff to keep a look out. I ended up finding it, but I had to give a shout-out to Stephen's amazing customer service! I hope this review helps him get a raise when the time comes. Again, thank you Stephen
