  We worked with Jacob Underwood through Modern Merchant Hub to implement our CRM on the Go High Level platform, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. While Jacob guided the process and made sure nothing was missed, he had me actively working inside the platform so I could learn it hands-on. He supported the setup of calendars, links, backend configurations, and opportunity pipelines with professionalism and attention to detail. He kept every meeting on schedule, came prepared, and ensured nothing fell through the cracks. Go High Level is a powerful and robust platform with a lot of functionality, and Jacob did a great job walking us through the essentials and making sure we had a strong foundation in place. He’s patient, friendly, and incredibly responsive — which matters when you’re navigating a system with this many capabilities. If you’re looking for someone who knows the platform, communicates clearly, and truly supports your business during implementation, Jacob is a fantastic partner.

He helped get us set up with a system that we can finally maximize for automating our follow-ups and keeping our client pipeline organized, which has already taken so much off my plate.   Great Company. Jacob is a wealth of knowledge in point of sales and automation. Great for people (like me) who aren’t super tech savvy and need some hand holding when it comes to marketing and credit card processing. And he’s local to Asheville, great to have someone LOCAL to help when there are questions.

  I was about to stop taking debit & credit cards all together, then I met Jacob the owner of MMS. He showed me that not all merchant services companies where out to FEE me to Death. Since moving to Modern Merchant Solutions, I have saved no less than $250.00 per month. That for a small business such as ours is a Blessing.
