It said it would be picked up at 5 PM. I called to see if I could get it in any earlier and the woman on the phone told me she had just printed it and to come right in. They were extremely kind and accommodating

Robert and the whole crew are amazing, always have a smile on their face, and know how to help whenever I have questions about printing. I own a small business in Asheville, and get stuff printed all the time. The other day, I was having an extremely bad day, at the end of a bad week, and Robert personally helped me figure out what I needed and what I needed to do. Cannot recommend them enough for printing services

I was back and forth several times trying to mail a package and ground transport option was not coming up because there were glitches in the system. In the end, I decided to just pay $22 for 2 day shipping. The package arrived to the destination 5 days later. I reached out to fedex to request a refund for late delivery and learned that the 2 day shipping isn't actually eligible for the money back guarantee. I will never use fedex to ship again. I would recommend UPS or USPS.
