  This was one of the most frustrating delivery experiences I've ever had. Because FedEx kept changing my delivery date and delivery window, I had to miss two days of work waiting for a package that never arrived when it was supposed to. After wasting hours trying to get help, I finally managed to request that my package be held at a FedEx facility instead. Even that process was unnecessarily difficult. I had to download the app, navigate multiple automated systems, and spend hours figuring it out on my own because getting help from customer service was nearly impossible. Then, after finally getting confirmation through email, text message, and the app that my package was ready for pickup, I was told to bring my ID and tracking number. That's exactly what I did. When I arrived, I was informed that my ID wasn't enough because it didn't have my current address. Suddenly I also needed a piece of mail showing my address. At no point in the email, text message, app notification, or pickup instructions was this requirement mentioned. As a result, I had to drive all the way back home, find a piece of mail, and drive all the way back to the facility. That was another hour or more of completely unnecessary time wasted because FedEx failed to communicate a critical requirement. Every single step of this process had another obstacle. Every time I thought I was done dealing with FedEx, there was another complication. I lost hours of my personal time, missed two days of income waiting on deliveries that kept changing, and then made an unnecessary extra trip because FedEx couldn't be bothered to clearly explain what documents were required for pickup. This entire experience could have been avoided with better communication. If you're going to require proof of address when an ID doesn't match the shipping address, say so clearly in every pickup notification. Customers shouldn't have to make multiple trips because FedEx left out one of the most important pieces of information.

  Friendly and Helpful Staff. Plenty of Parking. FYI: as of 6/30/26, Photo on Google Maps shows FedEx across the street from where it actually is. Photo was actually taken from their Parking Lot.

  I called when I was in a pinch for some business cards & copies I had accidentally left at home for a business trip. John the store manager was an absolute delight and really helped me out in a pinch. Super professional & kind. I could not be more grateful for the team at this store!
