  This store has been losing our Amazon return packages. Me and my mother had been dropping by this UPS store for amazon returns for the past 5+ years. For the past year, we occasionally had issues where Amazon would contact us stating that they never received the product regardless if we had the UPS return receipt or not. Few weeks ago, my mother accidentally created 2 Amazon return labels on 1 tracking bar code, but UPS shipped them together into one shipping box. Amazon stated they never received the 2nd item that was inside the box with the other item. We had to contact Amazon directly to get them to request for a refund. I have reported this facility to Amazon and they will start an investigation into this UPS store.

  As usual, I was running short on time and had a long list of things to get done. I blasted in to the store and to my suprise Kaylee had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. She was the most kindest and professional employee I have had the pleasure to work with. I let the manager, Chasity, know how much I appreciated everything that was done and with a smile. More businesses should run like this one. I was not disappointed! Highly recommend this store.

  Friendly staff - created my shipping label for me and gave me my receipt - I was in and out in less than 3 minutes..... Awesome service

  Staff helpful and friendly. I was worried about getting package from company when required to use ups access point to ship to. The company used usps to ship. This location accepted package. Small fee, which a feee was expected. The one staff member was patient and polite helping me. I was in and out within few minutes.
