This review will disappear if/when the appropriate manager contacts me to resolve. UPS has consistently delivered packages to the wrong address due to a clerical error at the distribution center. There are two streets with similar names and same house numbers, and my family's packages are (more often than not) delivered to the other house. My address is on the original sticker, but a newer sticker with the other address is placed (I assume at the distribution center). Meanwhile, the new tenants of that house don't answer the door so we don't get these packages and the claims department is absolute garbage. This needs to be resolved. It's a very simple, but stupid and avoidable, error that has caused years of inconvenience but is now worse due to uncooperative neighbors.
