- KMKatie Midgley2 days ago1.0Unfortunate service. Takes someone needing a document notarized ahead of someone dropping off a return (that can't be done at self service kiosk) while other employee stands in back watching line get longer and longer on a weekend. I loved the convenience of this location but disappointing customer service. If you come here, be prepared to wait for what should be a quick trip. Recommend going to other UPS in Apex where they understand how to keep customers from waiting. For clarification, I walked up at the same time as the notary request and the employee asked what I was doing, I said dropping a return, and they proceeded to start the notary process.

We were told they didn’t have a box large enough to ship a comforter back and they refused my return. I’m sorry…your store’s purpose is to ship things, and you don’t have a box large enough for a comforter? We then got the delight of back and forth with Amazon, who encouraged us to go back to the UPS store, purchase a box and provide team with a receipt. Although I am curious as to whether a magical box would have been available for purchase, we won’t be returning to this location for ANY of our shipping needs. Lots of time I’ll never get back wasted because of this.

The staff is always extremely nice, friendly, and helpful. They are professional, patient, and always willing to help. It’s great to have a place where you know you will receive such consistently great customer service. Highly recommended!
