- JCJosh ChampionMay 6, 20261.0Each visit I have made has been a hassle and a headache. The staff have been extremely rude and one of the managers argued with us extremely unprofessionally. We scheduled an appointment time for our passport, showed up on time for our appointment, just to be told sorry the person we had doing passports today called out sick. Left us in a difficult predicament. Also, the staff do not answer phone calls. I currently have a package that says delivered at front porch 3 days ago that has never showed up. This is a USPS location to avoid at all costs. Would give 0 stars if possible.
