- JHJake HubmanMar 29, 20221.0Typically I ship with Postal Connections but was closer to my local post office so I ran in there. I didn't have the addresses written on the physical box. Im used to Postal connections typing it all in electronically and didn't even think about it. The clerk was rude and said "what am I supposed to do with this?". Once I apologized and said I was just used to somewhere else. He acted disgusted when I asked for a pen and address label and when I asked a question about a return address the supervisor walked around the corner and showed the same kind of attitude and didn't attempt to help at all. Just shut down everything I said before I could get it out. I have a unique situation when it comes to shipping. I run a YouTube channel and when I ship giveaway items from time to time I don't want my personal home address listed on the package. I understand the differences between the post office and a private shipping company but at how about maybe actually being polite and helpful to people instead of refusing to listen to what they are trying to say. They never once tried to help There was literally no other customers in the place... Hard to be nice and helpful these days I guess.
