Today like the once a week I have to go and get my mail now because every week they say they are short staffed, but I feel it's just this certain road in my neighborhood but thats neither here nor there I got attitude again. I go on Monday ask for my mail they say I have none and I knew I did. I leave. I go back today the first clerk says I do not have no mail so now I get upset. She say you want a supervisor I say yes. I also say this is ridiculous that we keep not having a driver. The supervisor comes im explaining to her about informed delivery she goes on and on about how inform delivry can take up to 7 days blah blah blah im like it says delivered mind you she has my mail in her hand after they said I had none. So then im thinking why is she arguing about inform saying I have mail when I do cause your holding it in your hand. Anyway after the first clerk verified ID she asks again snatches it out my hand I say you didnt have to snatch then she takes out my underage kids mail and say you only getting the mail with your name on it. LOL!!!!!!!! Jennifer you have the worst customer service I have ever seen and guess what I still got that mail you snatched back lol Everyone here always has the worst attitude never ever smiling except the one black dude I havent seen in awhile and this one realy super nice lady thats drives other than that it would be nice to have more helpful nice carriers

- ACAshley CochranJan 14, 20215.0Have come here many times over the past 5 years and they typically have very friendly and helpful staff at the service desk. However, today was extra exceptional. I was assisted by Karen (i believe this was her name, it was today about 840am) and she was sweet, friendly, smiling (through her mask I could tell), helpful, patient... everything you would hope for out of a post office clerk. I had a bit of difficulty with the stuff I wanted to ship and she pointed me in the right direction, was courteous and helped me mail out my stuff in a timely manner. I hope she gets some positive recognition for her stellar customer service!
