Before it was printed, I called the store because I wanted someone to review the alignment and make sure everything looked centered and professional. The design was very basic and minimal, but I’m not a printing expert—that’s exactly why I chose Staples. I trusted that their print department could provide guidance and help ensure the finished product looked its best. Unfortunately, the customer service I received was disappointing. The employee I spoke with repeatedly talked over me instead of listening to my question. Her tone came across as rude, sarcastic, and dismissive, making me feel like I was inconveniencing her by asking for a simple quality check before printing. As someone placing an order for work, I expected courteous customer service and a willingness to help. Instead, I ended the call feeling frustrated and uncertain about whether my order would receive the attention to detail I was hoping for. I chose Staples because of its reputation for professional printing services and expected a much better customer experience. A little patience, kindness, and willingness to assist would have gone a long way.

Most times online purchases don’t turn out the way you expected so therefore returns come in. I live about 30mins from the store so I’m not going to be taking a single return everyday or as needed. He was very rude because I had multiples, his attitude was obvious and his colleague came in to finish up my returns. Message to Chris T, you are there to do you job, you know the very one you are getting paid for; even if I had 100 returns, all you had to do was you job with good customer service.
