- RWRylee WilliamsJul 24, 20261.0This was a very unpleasant experience picking up a package here. I live out of state so I had a package sent to this location as a ‘hold location’ and it not only took them ALL day to scan the package in as available for pickup when it arrived to the facility at 10am but they also did not even want to look for my package that was FINALLY available for pickup. I understand that it takes time to get things scanned in & organized, especially when there are a lot of packages coming in, but they were very rude & did not want to help at all after I had to sit in the parking lot for 5 hours waiting for my package that WAS THERE. Also, Keeping in mind that this was on a Friday and after the package finally said “ready for pickup” they told me that I would have to come back tomorrow… when they are literally closed. I was finally able to get the package but the lady that did get it was very rude & made a comment about how she “had to dig for it.” Pretty sure that’s the job.

Rather than listening, she escalated the situation in front of others and then went to the back to gossip about it, an approach that was not only unprofessional, but also deeply inappropriate for a customer-facing role. Thankfully, another staff member stepped in shortly after. She listened calmly, assessed the situation fairly, and immediately saw that I was not at fault. Her respectful attitude and professionalism made all the difference. I sincerely hope management addresses this internally as customer service should never be clouded by personal moods or unchecked assumptions.
