Townsend answered, the lovely lady who answered explained everything we needed to bring in. She was so great in person, too’. I wish I’d gotten her name. Fabulous and got us handled in 20 minutes!. Awesome customer service!

Have had several pieces of mail never arive, reported that, supposed to look into that, no response, no mail.... Recently informed that an outgoing piece of mail never made it either!!!! Frickin pathetic!!!
- JJJessica JessicaMay 20, 20201.0They refuse to deliver our packages. Fine. But then they forget to give us pink slips to let us know that they are waiting in the post office. We've had a couple of packages sent back. Our mail is continually being delivered to the wrong mailbox.
