- AMAimee MiklovicAug 31, 20261.0Failing, falling apart, and the staff just don’t care. Their bad attitudes behind the counter are causing the customers to react poorly. Obviously we’re all responsible for our own actions - I get it. But something shifts with the energy when a person walks in. Preparing to stand in line with other disgruntled customers to finally make your way to the counter to have a disgruntled employee not help you. If you need a package shipped priority, pick another carrier. If you ship something it won’t get picked up from Missoula until, at the earliest, the next morning. And then another day to get out of the state. No hustle. No care. No delivery of the service they’re advertising. My last straw of patience was trying to get an rx that is in their possession. A medically necessary prescription that they’re just sitting on and won’t pass across the counter. No care. No concern. No trying. If I had to bet, I’d place money on the counterperson going out of sight and snacking then swallowing and coming back out front.
