We either have wait for one of our neighbors to bring our mail that was delivered to them or drive to the PO to report the error. The local phone number is no longer in service. Just an 800 number that is no help.

- TCTrena ConwayApr 1, 20261.0So all of a sudden, Usps aren't allowed to use reverse in their vehicles? That's a lie, I watched the mail truck reverse several times. So either they are too lazy to deliver packages or they need to go back to driving school. It wasn't until a young person started delivering on my route, that packages aren't getting delivered. And seldom do they even leave a slip. If it wasn't for tracking you wouldn't know they even tried. DO BETTER USPS. Ups, FedEx and Amazon drive a lot bigger vehicles and have no problem delivering.
