The delivery drivers mix the mail up all the time. I get packages that belong to other people and I always bring them to the rightful owner. Like today I got my neighbors package and I brought it to them. When I’m supposed to receive a package and somebody else gets it I don’t get my package back. I hope Amazon can send me another or refund me since these guys delivered my sons birthday present to somebody else. Not only do they mix the mail and packages up it looks like packages, birthday cards and Christmas cards are tampered with (ripped open) very often. I have reported this but it continues. I’m about done ordering things that are going to be shipped usps. Also I have a lot of neighbors and I’m not going door to door asking strangers if the accidentally received my package.

I've lived in Sidney most of my life and the post office was a good one. The oil boom hit and the population went crazy and people were living were people don't usually live and mail service went down the tubes. That was totally understandable. Well, the boom has been over for awhile and our post office and mail delivery is still terrible. Yes, the ladies at the counter are nice but time after time things get goofed up. I get my mail forwarded for part of the year and it usually takes two or three times of me talking to them for them to get it right. Today was the third time in two months and they are still trying to forward my mail. It has happened every year for past three years. improve and I would love to give you more stars.

If I could give this place a -5 I would. The so called "post master" or whatever you wanna call her is the worst! She is so freaking rude when you just ask one simple question. I was talking to a very nice lady named Amy about this curbside mailbox thing and she just barges in and starts inturupting me and gets really rude. The first day I went in to talk to them she came out and said that she's gunna come to my house and "investigate" to make sure that I get a curbside. 😂 She gets so rude about one simple question. Someone needs to replace her and make the Sidney post office more friendly the way it used to be. People like her just destroy the name of a city. I think her name was Judith Morgan if I'm correct.
