- JNJeff NearingJun 29, 20251.0We will go weeks and even up to a month th without getting even junk mail in our box. We will ask if anything is being held back and always get told no. The very next day our box will be over stuffed with mail with post marks dating back weeks. Poor service but yet the prices keep going up. You don't get what you pay for.

They misplace my mail on a weekly basis. There has not been one action to rectify the situation on their end. After my SEVERAL attempts of complaint; both to the Post Master himself and various other workers, with no resolution or care nor respect for my personal property. This place is a scamming joke.

She then asks me if I had any information I show her my tracking number. She then rudely says “well whats your address and name.” I give it to her she then looks not hard walks around the corner comes back I don’t see it. Then says if it was from Fedex or ups. We don’t sort through that until tonight and I am not going to look on the pallet just for one package. I was like it was switched from Fedex to usps before it came here. Grrr she needs a talking to about customer service.
