- CLCharley & LizMay 8, 20261.0Our package was tracked and shown delivered to the PO and now they cannot find it and said they may have put it in another box or someone lost it there. The lady said it's our problem and we have to deal with it. Amazon of course wont refund our money since it was tracked all the way to Rexford and delivered there so there is nothing they can do. So now we are out $100 bucks because Rexford po can't do their job properly. Telling us it's our problem after admitting they lost it or put it in the wrong box is disgraceful.

Instead of doing this, the driver on March 13th refused to deliver, stating the mailbox was full. It was not, the packages were too big. If USPS wants to deliver items from Amazon, they need to make sure all USPS drivers know they need to deliver like FedEx and UPS do.

Absolutely ridiculous and because of the hour the office is it impossible to pick up the package they should have delivered. Very said case of governmental laziness and very poor service at a high price. If I could give a zero star review I would. (By the way my house is less than 100 ft from the road.). Not asking much!!!
