The biggest issue at this location is the front counter experience.
The employee working the desk consistently comes across as rude, impatient, and condescending, which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere from the moment customers walk in. Simple interactions feel unnecessarily tense and dismissive.
Additionally, I observed the employee reaching over and pressing the green satisfaction button himself before customers had the opportunity to provide their own feedback. If customer satisfaction metrics are being influenced this way, it calls into question the accuracy and credibility of the feedback system altogether.
Customer service is often the face of a business, and unfortunately the experience here reflects very poorly

Free parking, beautiful building, easy to self serve if you're package/letter is ready to go. And the clerks are very helpful. For a post office in the middle of a city center, this is a good experience!

The person working the front desk was rude and unhelpful, but my package was sent and delivered. I would not go to this post office just because I don’t want to deal with the front desk person. I don’t know if it was just because it was early or what was going on. However it is in a convenient location.
