- KRKaty Reeder2 days ago1.0The biggest issue at this location is the front counter experience. The employee working the desk consistently comes across as rude, impatient, and condescending, which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere from the moment customers walk in. Simple interactions feel unnecessarily tense and dismissive. Additionally, I observed the employee reaching over and pressing the green satisfaction button himself before customers had the opportunity to provide their own feedback. If customer satisfaction metrics are being influenced this way, it calls into question the accuracy and credibility of the feedback system altogether. Customer service is often the face of a business, and unfortunately the experience here reflects very poorly

I would not go to this post office just because I don’t want to deal with the front desk person. I don’t know if it was just because it was early or what was going on. However it is in a convenient location.
