  Incredibly friendly and patient staff who genuinely did everything they could to make the cost of shipping an item internationally for the first time affordable and easy. 10/10 will ship with them again

  My review is solely regarding attempting an Amazon return. An employee began my return when the manager came over to say that I needed to provide the Amazon box the item came in. I explained that the box is what it shipped in and it was my understanding that even if it hadn’t, the Amazon box is not required. I tried to explain that when starting an Amazon return, the app asks whether the item is in the original packaging, not the Amazon material. He told me I was wrong. He then told me that the original shipping label was required or they at least needed to see the outline of where the label had been. I explained that as Amazon packaging wasn’t required I removed it as it had my name and address. The email received from Amazon when I started the return had UPS instructions that states: “Ensure that there are no other tracking labels attached to the package.” He said I was wrong and continued to claim that it was required but couldn’t say why other than claiming he would lose his ability to take Amazon returns. He interrupted me repeatedly and refused to listen to any explanation or me showing the part of the box that had been scuffed when I removed the label. I took the item to the Brooks Street location who had no issue at all taking the return and printing the return label. The employee there told me that the original mailing label is not required nor is any original Amazon packaging.

  I have been going to this UPS store for the last three years since I moved back to Missoula. I have a PO Box and also use it for business and personal shipping. Scott and his staff are wonderful, courteous, and go out of their way to provide amazing customer service. I would highly recommend them for any shipping need you have and truly can't say enough kind things about them. Thanks for always being efficient and wonderful to work with!

  I came in to handle an Online Return. I chose this store because in my previous two times I’ve come to the store, employees are cheerful and pleasant. Today, I came in for an online return however an advertisement caught my eye. Said print your wide format materials. Scott, was able to accommodate my order of 2’ X 3’ Prints. They turned out beautiful and I’m very appreciative that this UPS store in my opinion stands out above the rest. Upon my return Scott who had helped me in the person and over the phone was not there, but the other employees were and when asked if they could do two more large format prints prior to closing, they eagerly helped me. What a great place, friendly staff and for me the pricing was very fair.
