  I’ve been coming to this UPS Store in Livingston for nearly 20 years and used to tell people it had some of the best customer service around. Sadly, that has changed. When I came in today, the staff seemed irritated that I was even there. The whole experience felt cold and unwelcoming. The final straw was needing a small amount of packing tape for a box. For years, this store would help with something simple like that without hesitation. Today I was told I had to buy tape. I understand businesses have costs, and policies may change. But good customer service is about tone, helpfulness, and making loyal customers feel valued. This store used to do that exceptionally well. Today, it felt like the opposite. I hope the new ownership or management takes this seriously, because this once-great store has really declined. “It’s not just the tape — it’s the horrible tone.”

  Best place in town to ship packages! Despite always being busy, since there arent many places to ship or do custom print jobs, the employees are super friendly and they work as fast as possible to get you taken care of and that your packages are shipped as fast as possible. And their rates are lower than what I've seen elsewhere. Ive never had an issue with shipping or printing at this location either! Definitely recommend The UPS Store.
