We've had two incidents inside of 2 weeks where the carrier left two packages on the ground next to our mailbox on the street. One of the packages contained thousands of dollars of medical supplies. I contacted the postmaster and let her know. I was told it would be addressed. The same thing just happened. I too have tried to call the post office without luck.
