  I came in today to mail some stuff (duh) and there was a very rude customer berating one of the staff who was trying to help him print when he was unable to do it himself. This customer even brought physical appearances into his insults towards the staff member. Incredibly rude. HOWEVER, the staff handled it with so much more dignity than I would have. The staff here is always kind, patient, personable, fast, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, etc. There's a reason they're my go to over any other option. They have been awesome every time I've gone in! I would definitely recommend them over the other options I've tried out in the area!

  I was charged $68.29 for shipping an 18 lb package from this store to my home in NC. Box Size = 18 x 12 x6 inches. I received the box and everything was okay. BUT the shipping charge was VERY VERY over the top. I called our local UPS store and they said ground shipping would be around $40. I logged into my Pirate Ship account and that gave me a shipping price via UPS 0fd $37.02. So your store ripped my off by charging $68.29 (not including box, packing and Standard Pack Service fee). DO NOT USE THIS STORE

  2.50 for ONE piece of paper printed out. They call it “email and print service” now. 2 dollars and 50 cents for 1 piece of paper. Never again.
