While our almost 3 year old fought us every step of the way while getting his picture taken, Vince remained calm and optimistic. That man absolutely deserves a raise and handled things perfectly. If you need help, there may be a wait but you're in good hands.
- BMBoun MouaJun 5, 20262.0Packages couldn't get delivered. They blamed the shipper. Said shipping labels were wrong or missing something. I stopped in and spoke to a gentleman at the front desk. Told me my package were still with the driver. Took my info and said he would get this sorted out with a manager. What does sorting it out mean? Instead of calling and holding the packages for me to pick up, yes they do this, they immediately ship it back to the vendor. No communication at all. I went in 2 days later because they said they would get in touch with me. I guess what can I expect. It's the US post office.

Not YOURS to open. I don’t know who delivers my packages, but there are certain days where they’re OPEN!!! I can already tell it isn’t one specific guy cause he wasn’t the one who delivered my package today. This is completely not ok and I don’t feel safe with having stuff delivered with usps if these workers feel confident in opening customers packages! First my breastpumps are being opened, and now my son’s birthday presents. Really?!? Package delivery drivers should NOT being openings peoples mail. I think that’s illegal so I would like to find out who keeps opening my packages please.
