  I debated whether or not to share this but I'm hoping it will help someone else in the future. I have gone FOUR separate times over the last week and a half to this UPS location to try and get a document notarized. The first time I went, it was about an hour and a half before closing. I was told the notary was gone for the day. When I asked about an appointment I was told I didn't need one, and that she was available anytime between 9 and 4 any day. I came back a day later (around 1pm) and was told that she wasn't available, and would be available in 30-45 minutes. I came back a few days later, just before 3:30 and again was told that she was gone for the day. I asked specifically when I needed to come to avoid this happening again, as it was the third time, and I had been given information that had not aligned with what I was experiencing. I was informed again during the week days between 9 and 4. Today, I came a fourth time, around 3:15pm, and was told the notary had left for the day. When I tried to politely explain to the employee my frustration, I was cut off and told in a short, clipped manner she was gone due to a family matter. I understand family matters happen, and would have been very understanding had the other three times I come I wasn't given the run around, and then met with a short, impatient response when I was trying to explain what I had experienced. I'm sharing this with the hopes that this saves someone else from wasting their time. I highly recommend the downtown Wells Fargo location! I was able to get my document signed immediately for no charge, and the banker was incredibly kind. They even scanned it and sent it to me!

  Horrible rude customer service. No eye contact, very short and snippy when talking to me and left me wondering if I was an inconvenience. Never again.
