They are 16.40 for a book and the UPS store charges we 19.20. when I asked if that was the right price she looked at me as if I was asking a very dumb question.Now I know where not to buy postage stamps. Very disappointed, I didn't realize that you they could charge more for USPS stamps. And again when I asked the counter person she acted as if they were the same as the post office. They clearly are not. As the post office is only 4 blocks away and I was going there today, I should have waited.

The people who work here always seem stressed and as though helping people is the worst thing to happen during their day. At first I brushed it off but it’s every time with every employee - stressed, short temper, exasperated with everyone (not just me).
