3rd time this year this has happened to me. I check online for an item and drive across town and nope.... just kidding we don't have that. I will NEVER go back to a Staples. Another chain store going down the toilet.

I came into the Staples location this morning, July 24, 2026, at approximately 8:07 a.m. to return a package. Unfortunately, the young man working at the counter provided very poor customer service. He appeared tired and seemed as though he did not want to be at work. He made little to no eye contact with me, gave very short responses when I asked questions about the shipping process, and came across as rude and disrespectful throughout the interaction. I understand that everyone can have a difficult day, but customers should still be treated with professionalism and respect. Based on my experience, his attitude and behavior were not consistent with the level of customer service I would expect from a Staples employee. I am submitting this complaint because I believe management should be aware of this interaction and address the situation appropriately. Employees who interact directly with customers should demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and a willingness to assist customers.

Amanda is an incredible employee. I actually assumed she was the manager the way she carried herself and handles all of my needs. Professional, knowledgeable and thoughtful. She should be managing her own store. She made it a great experience. I was in town for business and my meetings were successful due to her help.
