You need to change your online hours. It states you are open at 8PM, and I arrived just before 7PM to a locked store! Other than that I typically love this place.

After checking the Internet for the store hours and seeing that they were open until 8 o’clock on Saturdays, I went to the store from 12 miles away to make an Amazon return. It was then that I discovered that although the business had verified their hours online just seven weeks ago that they close at 6 o’clock on Saturdays. Why is Amazon doing business with such an unreliable business? When I do go in to make my returns I will be having a conversation with the store manager! This just highlights one more reason why I don’t shop there unless it is absolutely necessary!!

I came into the Staples location this morning, July 24, 2026, at approximately 8:07 a.m. to return a package. Unfortunately, the young man working at the counter provided very poor customer service. He appeared tired and seemed as though he did not want to be at work. He made little to no eye contact with me, gave very short responses when I asked questions about the shipping process, and came across as rude and disrespectful throughout the interaction. I understand that everyone can have a difficult day, but customers should still be treated with professionalism and respect. Based on my experience, his attitude and behavior were not consistent with the level of customer service I would expect from a Staples employee. I am submitting this complaint because I believe management should be aware of this interaction and address the situation appropriately. Employees who interact directly with customers should demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and a willingness to assist customers.
