I only wanted to ask about ID requirements for a friend to pick up my general delivery package. My only question. It would’ve taken about 10 seconds to answer that. Instead, I struggled for more than eight minutes with the phone tree. The chatbot would not recognize anything except a few limited number of options which are not given in advance.. ready to go back I don’t have anything for you. I’m sorry about to go home and give you something give you something. I’m I’m sure we’re gonna have to go home go home. It would not accept, for example, "general delivery" as a choice. I had to negotiate the tree, guessing which option might lead to a live agent. I finally got to the point where a callback number could be left. Truly maddening. Can’t believe service is so, so bad.
