- BBBradleyMar 17, 20261.0Items dropped off in there in house drop box Friday consistently won't get scanned in until the following tuesday/Wednesday. Then if you don't want to use the drop box and wait days for them to even receive it you have to wait in line for hours as this place is consistently too busy and under staffed. Very poor service.

Heaven forbid you ever have to do anything outside of the norm - you better be prepared to make 3-4 trips with different items depending on who you talked to most recently - Every... Single... Time

I realized the package was going to my old address so I attempted to re-route it through UPS My Choice. After hours of wasted time trying to navigate UPS's worthless website the only person who actually helped me was an employee at the Florence Post Office. It was amazing to be able to talk to a live person who actually cared and listened to my problem. Thank You!
