- MMMadysin Morgan1 day ago1.0Very dissatisfied with how they run things, they aren’t getting packages into boxes till at least 2pm, but have the packages marked as available for pick up. They also mark packages as “delivered to P.O. Box” when really it’s not, they have it held behind the counter, I have wasted so much of my time because they are either marking things wrong, or are way behind, which I understand things get busy, but when I come in and see people standing around talking instead of doing their job, it’s a bit frustrating. If you have a package marked as delivered and you show up and they have yet to put it in the box, they will literally look at the package walk away from it and still tell you they are working on getting them put in the boxes and you will have to come back later! How hard is it to just grab the pack and hand it over? You’ve already marked it as delivered to P.O. Box, which is false information.not to mention, the staff are soooo rude! There is one lady who is very nice, you can tell she works her butt off but the rest, good luck.
