I'm forced to have a PO box living in town and when packages are left there instead of my house, it can take DAYS if not a week to get them. Closing at 1600 is absolutely diabolical for an area that forces people to use the postal office.

The gentleman working with her was way better and more professional. I do not appreciate going into a business and being treated like a child. They would be better off without her.
- BLB LJan 30, 20201.0Update: these ladis are VERY rude she yelled at my husband saying he can't send his packages to his parents address....issues, upon issues, one of their post office ladies felt it was okay to sign for my package because she didn't recognize the name with the address, I was sending it to my parents house and she decided to intercept and sign for it. UNACCEPTABLE! I find this post office to be unreliable. I have had MULTIPLE issues with them, but the most recent is why I am giving a review. I have been using this post office for years and ALL my packages have always been sent to my P.O. box. Well I recently had a package shipped and I got an update saying my package was delivered, so I went to pick it up. It wasn't there. Come to find out the shipping label was CHANGED and shipped to my OLD physical address. I had already filled out a box renewal form giving them my CURRENT physical address and do to where I live I am paying for my box. I am confused as to why a new label would cover the original shipping label they were unable to offer any answers or help.
