The guy that works, there is extremely rude lazy, and could care less about the business or the satisfaction of its customers. This place would get a zero if I could rate it zero I will not go there ever again And I’m somebody that has a lot of things to ship on a regular basis and I normally use USPS, which is always a great choice.

If I don’t understand something they take the time to explain until I do with patience, kindness and a smile. I am very grateful for that.

I went to send a package back to Amazon, the box wasnt taped closed, they made me buy a $5 roll of tape just to tape it closed. Told me they wouldnt use their own tape because they dont make money off Amazon packages. Really?? Wouldnt use .01 cents of tape to help me out........
