- CCChaseJul 20, 20261.0Phone doesn’t work which is incredibly frustrating, there is also always a crazy line. lady in front of me rang the bell then we (line of 4 people) waited until a manager happened to stumble by and noticed the growing line because no one ever came from the back. My package also arrived 3 days late. Overall a very frustrating an experience especially because it’s all avoidable if there was more care/competence. I will be avoiding this location from now on and I recommend you do as well.

I get there 10 minutes early like my confirmation email told me to, only to waste my time this morning to find out that they’re not doing passports because they’re short staffed. Absolutely could have sent an email or text that I wasn’t going to be able to get my passport since I made an appointment. Extremely irritating and I had to call into work late for nothing
