I get there 10 minutes early like my confirmation email told me to, only to waste my time this morning to find out that they’re not doing passports because they’re short staffed. Absolutely could have sent an email or text that I wasn’t going to be able to get my passport since I made an appointment. Extremely irritating and I had to call into work late for nothing

Caitltyn and one other employee were the only ones in the building. She was courteous and efficient with the passport process and her colleague took care of the front customers. I am grateful for both of them for showing up and crushing it that day!

Yes, I will own the fact that we literally showed up five minutes late due to the fact that I thought the office was still at the Baxter location. But seriously, five minutes late and I have to now reschedule another month out! Wow, it must feel good to treat people that way. Sorry about whatever has happened in your life.
