- MBMaddie BarkenJul 13, 20261.0The worst service I’ve ever received for mail in my life. They have lost both of our wedding rings (separate orders by the way). I have never received my sign needed package on the day they say, despite any scheduled delivery’s or pickups. When they consistently fail at delivery, I ask for pickup, at which point is not possible since the packages have been lost or are told “we are unsure of where they placed it.” This is not a one off situation, this has happened multiple times. No amount of calling, showing up in person, or submitting complaints has helped our situation. When looking for our package, a kid walks back, hits his vape in view, does a quick 360, then comes back to say it’s not here there’s nothing I can do to help. If there is good service here, or nice workers, I’ve never experienced it.

What do you expect when a hand written note on a slip of paper is what you are relying on to try and get a package. If you actually want to get a package or are shipping something valuable- the few extra $ for UPS or FedEx is worth not dealing with the pony express (even the ponies were probably faster than what we are stuck with today) and hassle of USPS.
