Today, I sent a formal request for help and Jennifer from the Baxter Lane location responded almost immediately, actually drove over to our office, and resolved the issue on the spot. That kind of responsiveness is rare and deserves recognition. I'm giving 4 stars because every member of the front-facing team I've dealt with has been genuinely kind and clearly cares about doing their job well - even when they are always severely short-staffed. The 5th star is held back not because of the people, but because of the systemic inefficiencies that make even simple things harder than they should be. The team does their best within those constraints, and that does count for a lot. Jennifer, thank you. You turned a long-standing frustration into a great experience in a single afternoon.

- EIE IMar 31, 20261.0This post office made moving addresses one of the most tedious processes imaginable, I was unable to receive mail to my new address for five plus weeks because they had to change the locks on my mailbox for my apartment and refused to provide a time estimate of when I could receive mail and when I asked if they would provide a PO box in the meantime they said that I would be required to pay a fee despite them being responsible for the need for a PO box. This has to be the worst post office I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with, not only are the staff completely incompetent, but they are constantly holding mail or refusing to deliver to my address for no apparent reason at all, forcing me to have to come into the post office that has such random hours that it is incredibly difficult to get to in time after work and to battle a 30+ minute wait in line just to talk with an employee that either hates life or people in general. Avoid this place like the plague if possible, Belgrade or the downtown office will be way nicer to deal with.
