- KKKayla2 days ago1.0I swear to god they never answer the phone. I will call over and over just for the call to fail and I still don’t know where my package is. How are you going to tell me it’s out for delivery and then 6 hours later it says held at post office?? The people at USPS customer care 800 number are trying their hardest to be helpful and are so nice but say that there is no way for them to contact the office directly and that they think the package was likely left at the office by mistake. However, this has happened more than once and has happened repeatedly with other people. It’s absolutely ridiculous that you can’t get in contact with the office but they hold the packages across town and make them ineligible for redelivery at no fault of my own.

They've made me hunt them down over packages because they wouldn't look at my apartment to see my unit was on the outside. I'm literally having to go out of my way to walk there because of no transportation and I think if they weren't so lazy and negligent I wouldn't be so disappointed
