  We purchased a bed from sam's club and RXO delivery company's crew was amazing they were on time , friendly and professional super happy with their service i believe the drivers names were Carlos and Peito :)

  Dear RXO (formally XPO), Rebranding only works if you actually change what made the previous brand bad and the rebrand necessary. Changing your name and not changing your operations to improve is literally just spinning your wheels in the dirt doing nothing. Absolutely abysmal service and clown show of an operation. You either speak with a call center rep in a completely different country, who has no idea whatsoever about the local operation. Leave a voicemail on their local line and get ghosted. Or you have to use their stupid chat bot on their website for "customer service". This company has rescheduled a delivery of my item 4 separate times at this point and I expect additional delays to come. RXO has been in possession of my item for well over 2 weeks now. No one can seem to be bothered to actually provide any information about my item at all or what the delay in delivery is other than "unforeseen circumstances". Their delivery schedule is just "trust me bro" after multiple reschedules. At this point I am pretty sure the "unforeseen circumstances" is RXO just not wanting to take the time or use the resources to complete the 2 hour roundtrip drive for the delivery. I was willing to coordinate with the local operation to pick it up myself seeing as how they can't seem to "foresee" the proper "circumstances" for delivery. However, the abysmal customer service will not provide customer pickup as an option. I didn't choose this company to deliver my item, they contract with Amazon. If anyone else finds their Amazon orders routing through this company, cancel your order immediately and contact Amazon for alternative delivery options or a refund. Imagine my surprise, or lack thereof, when looking at the other 1 star reviews. Almost every single one is an experience almost exactly like my own. Repeated delays, no information provided to the customer, terrible customer service and generic apologies.
